Arts University Bournemouth Elliott Road

Willmott Dixon Interiors were appointed via the Pagabo Refit and Refurbishment procurement framework to refurbish three existing studio units undertaken as design and build project. This is the second project we have completed for the University, the first being a refurbishment of their Innovation Suite.

The project included the interior fit out of theatre and recording studios for the students at Arts University Bournemouth. Our scope of works included the construction of a new mezzanine floor, new M&E in all areas, fit out of new kitchen, new floors and wall finishes, acoustic curtains, new lighting rigs and furniture.

The new suite was designed by our in-house design team.

This transforms the space into modern theatre and recording studios at the University, which will positively impact students in their studies.

Alongside the project, we made a donation to AUB and their sustainability programme to support the development of their nature garden with two homes for hedgehogs.
