Our goal is to deliver best in class value, to contribute truly meaningful social value, to meet stakeholders’ demands, deliver projects on time, and engage within a collaborative environment.

All of these areas are eased by Frameworks, which relieve the procurement burden for our customers. We pride ourselves for delivering value on projects for over 10 years. We are specialised in advising customers on the different public construction Framework options that are available to them, helping them to navigate the Business Case presentation, the approval process, right through to the actual designs. Our team offer expertise and versatility in finding innovative solutions that achieve efficiency, high quality, and ultimately job satisfaction. Our public and private sector Frameworks are managed nationally and delivered locally, allowing us to procure a significant number of projects and services with competitive and fixed rates.

Aligning with the Construction Playbook

The Construction Playbook has been designed to support public sector construction, although its principles can also be adopted for the benefit of private sector construction. It outlines the role the UK construction sector will play in the country’s recovery to the Coronavirus pandemic as well as the role the construction industry will play in reducing the UK’s greenhouse gas emissions to net zero by 2050. Willmott Dixon Interiors hold appointments on a selection of framework procurement vehicles, specifically for the public sector, that provide the governance, process, and performance measures to align with the Construction Playbook key policies.
