Our purpose is to give life to inspiring spaces, where students and staff can come together and achieve their personal potential, growing and meeting the challenges of the future.

We have talent and expertise across a wide variety of universities and colleges. Our portfolio includes projects across an extensive range of facilities, such as teaching space, academic and administrative office space, and student facilities, including accommodation and libraries. Keeping staff, students and our team of specialists safe at all time is a Health and Safety priority for us and is at the basis of all of our projects. In addition, while working on our projects, our sustainability and community investment teams provide support at all times to ensure that relevant matters are respected. Our hard work was recognised and we are truly proud to have received the award for the Education Business of the Year 2018 at the Education Investor Annual Awards ceremony in October 2018.
