We are proud to successfully carry out complicated and structural refurbishment projects that are delivered with excellent standards of finish. These projects require careful planning, a consultative approach with our supply chain partners and preferred working teams, and regular liaison with the community, especially within restricted locations with multiple building occupiers.

Our refurbishment experience and expertise is wide ranging and diverse, which is reflected by our growing reputation throughout London and the UK.

Our teams of experts are experienced in ensuring outstanding results for any work that includes structural intervention, such as the removal of structural walls, opening up floor space, forming new entrances, service core areas, lift shafts or stair cores. We understand the importance of the country’s most iconic buildings and we know what it takes to successfully restore them. Some of our most recent refurbishments include the Grade II listed former Commonwealth building in Kensington, as the new home for the Design Museum, the East Stand at the RFU Stadium in Twickenham, and the Grade II Listed Old Admiralty Building in Whitehall. Currently, we are working on creating a new, unique office for the Department for Education and on remodelling The London Screen Academy building scheme.
