Our Digital Approach Digital Construction

At Willmott Dixon Interiors we believe Digital Construction unlocks great potential to drive productivity, efficiencies and increases collaboration, and this is why we implement digital construction on every project.

Supporting our customers & supply chain

We recognise the importance of upskilling our customers and supply chain partners to understand the full potential of digital construction. Through our expertise we provide continuous support and collaboration to facilitate the correct execution of Digital Construction on every project.

During the feasibility stage of a project, we work with our customers to help them understand the importance of establishing the correct documentation and to identify the information required to improve the operation and maintenance of the building. This includes accessing accurate data which will allow us to track and trace products secured and installed on projects.

Our specialist team offer digital construction workshops to both, customers and supply chain partners to help gain understanding of our process and learn about the tools that are available to improve project delivery and operation during the life cycle of the building.

Benefits of Digital Construction

  • Ensures building right project to the right quality
  • Helps to identify problems before they happen
  • Enhances collaboration between entire project team
  • Easy access to data to support the operations of the building
  • Helps to develop the design faster and more efficiently

  • Saves you time and reduces costs

International Gold Standard for BIM

We were the first interior fit-out and refurbishment specialist in the UK to achieve BRE Global BIM Level 2 Certification in 2016 for use across projects in all sectors and during 2020 we were ISO 19650 certified by BSI.

At Willmott Dixon Interiors we have the standards, methods, procedures, expertise, and infrastructures to comply with ISO 19650, allowing us to surpass our customers’ requirements and deliver a product we can all be proud of.

Looking to the future and the recent continuous innovation in our industry, we believe that Digital Construction is changing the way how we deliver and maintain our buildings, improving the overall efficiency in the construction industry. With the use of data, artificial intelligence, alongside BIM and other digital tools we can ensure efficiency and quality is always maximised.
