Proudest Moment
Seeing my children thrive in education and sport with a real thirst for learning.
Being part of the Senior team at Willmott Dixon Interiors shaping the business for the future and creating a truly extraordinary business that is built on values and a culture that I fully align with.

I am responsible for submitting all necessary documentation to ensure Willmott Dixon Interiors are qualified to price a project in the first instance. My current role as a senior estimator means that I am responsible for the costing of a number of different projects for a wide range of customers ranging from office redesigns, hotel refurbishment, and structural alterations on some of the most iconic buildings in London.
Proudest Moment
I started at Willmott Dixon Interiors back in 2009 when there were only 50 employees and have seen it grow to over 200 to date. What I love about working here is the sense of a real family feel to the business and the people is what makes Willmott Dixon Interiors great. Being part of the Interiors has allowed me to work on an array of different projects ranging from small office fit outs to extensive refurbishments on Grade II listed buildings.

I’m a little bundle of energy so I suppose it goes hand in hand with my role at Willmott Dixon Interiors, working in business development. I enjoy talking to people and building upon or strengthening relationships both within the industry and in my personal life. I love to incorporate my ideas and social events into my work life balance and find it very rewarding when it pays off with a fantastic new work opportunity for our business.
Proudest Moment
My proudest moment at Willmott Dixon Interiors would have to be when I led a team of 25 people to march alongside thousands at London’s Pride March. As a member of our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion team, I was set a task to take part in or organise an event that celebrates our similarities and differences. So I thought there’d be no bigger way to demonstrate and showcase our support for all of our people no matter who they love or how they identify. #BuiltWithPride

I manage the premier construction framework for Willmott Dixon Interiors, the Scape National Construction Framework, underpinned by collaboration and partnering. This framework is an integral part of the business and key to our growth strategy providing our customers with numerous benefits including; Rapid contractor procurement, free feasibility study, demonstrable value for money and extensive social value delivered within the community.
Outside of work I enjoy cheering on Glasgow Rangers.
Proudest Moment
I feel proud when being part of a project procured through the framework from inception to aftercare, reflecting on the fantastic outcomes that have been achieved reaffirming our One Team ethos.

I have enjoyed working in the Construction industry with Willmott Dixon for 26 years starting in a Commercial role and moving into Customer Service, Quality, Compliance and training. My current role of Operations Director at Interiors sees me leading the Specialist teams delivering Roll outs, Frameworks and projects below £2million.
Proudest Moment
I feel proud when I see the whole team working well together to achieve the best quality and end result for all people involved in any project. This includes our Customer, our People, our Supply Chain and the end user.

I have 28 years experience in the industry and have been with Willmott Dixon Interiors since January 2015, but have in total over 20 years with Willmott Dixon having started as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor with Housing.
Proudest Moment
Proudest moment working for Interiors was reflecting with Tom McEvoy on a Team night out with 48 other team members having started the journey 3 years before with just only two members in our team when delivering the refurbishment of Hewens School. Great to see the team grow!
