Willmott Dixon marked UK Construction Week by being crowned the best place to work at the inaugural Construction Enquirer awards. It took the prize after receiving nearly 1,000 votes from staff and suppliers in the Best Main Contractor with turnover above £250m category.
It was the culmination of a huge night for the industry that saw over 600 people attend the awards at the Vox Conference Centre in Birmingham. Winners are chosen by the amount of votes they get during the summer, with framework partner Scape also being named best public sector client to work with.
