British Council For Offices (BCO) held this year’s award ceremony on Tuesday 6th October 2015 at the Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel in London.
Willmott Dixon were announced winners of two awards:
Best of the Best National & Regional Winner for Corporate Workplace for Keynsham Civic Centre
This project delivered an excellent building, in response to the clear brief set by Bath and North East Somerset Council. Not only does the marvellous new civic centre provide an environmentally sustainable, low maintenance and flexible workplace, it’s design is well considered, modern and aesthetically pleasing.
Willmott Dixon’s Keynsham Civic Centre project won this award for being an inspirational development that improved working practices and offering much more to the local community.

National Winner innovation for Living Planet Centre:WWF-UK Headquarters
Willmott Dixon helped the WWF-UK achieve its vision for a super-sustainable BREEAM outstanding home that will showcase its wildlife conservation work to thousands of visitors a year.
The World Wildlife Fund was so keen to get it’s sustainable design spot on that is selected its architects before it had even found a site for its new headquarters.
The living Planet Centre is at the forefront of sustainable design and construction and creates a harmonious link between the urban andrural environment.
There is so much to appreciate in this project: the comfort with which it sits in its surroundings; the strong external form; its response to civic responsibility by inviting all interested parties in and its remarkable environmental performance.
