Later this year, the finalists will be revealed, and we wish our team the best of luck.
TOM ARKLEY, Construction Manager
Project: Edmonton Green Library
Tom Arkley’s enthusiasm and attention to detail enabled the team to deliver an early completion on the project, ensuring high standards were met throughout the programme. Tom navigated a challenging project which included structural elements and multiple changes, using a proactive and focussed attitude. The strong relationships he formed with the customer using a ‘one team’ approach was clear from the additional work which was won following its success.
KIERAN LEGG, Construction Manager
Project: East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust
Kieran Legg led the project through to completion with confidence, ensuring there was always open communication with the customer using a collaborative and positive approach. The construction works took place in a live emergency environment and in close proximity to multiple hospital activities during the peak of the pandemic. Kieran’s management also gained the project 44 out of 50 in the CCS score, earning full marks in four of the five categories.
PAUL SOUTHGATE, Operations Manager
Project: University of Westminster School of Science and Engineering Innovation Centre
Paul Southgate is proactive and hardworking, taking on this quick turn-around project, he delivered a very restricted programme in an occupied building on time. Paul is professional and collaborative in the way he works, ensuring he mitigates any risks that could derail the building schedule. The success of the project is clear from the testimonial we received from the customer and the ‘superb’ outcome of the job.
Well done to Tom, Kieran and Paul for this fantastic achievement.
