Salary and Profit Share

We recognise that our success is dependent on you. This is reflected in a highly competitive salary, which is also reviewed each year. In addition, reflecting our ‘one team’ nature, you will be thanked for all your hard work with percentage of our annual profit (subject to certain criteria).


Our commitment to a healthy work/life balance is matched by a highly competitive holiday allowance. This starts at 24 days a year plus public holidays. If, like many of our people, you stay with us for five years your allowance jumps to 26 days and to 29 days after ten years.

Pension and life assurance

We’ll help you save for your future by contributing to your pension. Contribute 4% of your pensionable pay (subject to tax relief) and we’ll contribute 6%. You’ll also be protected by the Willmott Dixon Life Assurance Scheme, which we’ll tell you about when you join us.

Private health care

We’ll take good care of your health and well-being. Subject to certain criteria, you receive free or heavily discounted private health care, freeing you from NHS waiting lists, all the time you are working with us.

Loyalty rewards

When you’ve been with us for five years, you will become a member of our 5-9 Year Club and celebrate annually with other members. At 10 years you will join the prestigious Willmott Dixon 10 Year Club and celebrate along with Rick Willmott. After five years, you can also access our Personal Learning Fund of up to £750 in total. This can be spent on any learning event(s) of your choice.
