Willmott Dixon Interiors has been ranked fourth in the Construction News’ list of the UK’s top ten fit-out contractors.
League tables never tell the full story, yet they do reflect consistency, capability, and the trust our customers and partners place in us. This recognition highlights the collective effort of our teams and the strong relationships that support every project we deliver.
A strong financial turnaround
This ranking follows a significant period of progress for our business. As reported by Construction News, we achieved a £146.73m turnover and £4.8m profit, delivering a margin above 3 per cent and reflecting strong progress across our business. The turnaround reflects the resilience of our people, the strength of our strategy, and our continued focus on delivering high-quality outcomes in a changing market.
Commenting on the ranking, Adam Worrall, Managing Director at Willmott Dixon Interiors, said:
“We are proud to be ranked fourth in this year’s Construction News league table. It reflects the dedication of our people and the trust our customers place in us to deliver complex projects to a high standard. Over the past year, we have worked hard to strengthen our business, focus on what we do best, and build lasting partnerships. This recognition is testament to that collective effort, and it gives us confidence as we look ahead.”

Creating spaces that support people
Across office fit-out, commercial retrofit, and healthcare environments, we continue to focus on creating spaces that support the people who use them every day. Collaboration sits at the heart of our approach. By working closely with customers and supply chain partners, we deliver environments that combine thoughtful design with practical delivery.
Looking ahead
Being ranked fourth is a significant milestone, and we view it as motivation to continue improving. We remain committed to investing in our people, strengthening partnerships, and maintaining a clear focus on quality, safety, and long-term value. Most importantly, we will continue to create spaces that make a positive difference for our customers and the communities they serve.
