From transforming historic landmarks to delivering cutting-edge workspaces, Willmott Dixon Interiors is actively shaping the places where people work, visit and learn.
In 2025, our teams have continued to push boundaries. They have combined technical expertise, sustainability and social value to deliver projects that make a real difference for the communities who use them.
Trust is at the heart of everything we do: 80% of our work comes from repeat customers, reflecting successful, long-term partnerships with some of the UK’s most important organisations.
We’re also proud to continue our longstanding collaboration with key framework providers, including Procurement Hub, Southern Construction Framework, the Department for Education’s (DfE) construction framework, and SCAPE — which celebrated its 20th anniversary this year.
Spanning offices, schools, hospitals, and cultural venues, here’s a look at some of our standout projects from the past 12 months:
Soho Theatre, Walthamstow | Leisure
Restoring the Grade II* listed former Granada Cinema was about more than a building, it was about returning a cultural icon to its community. Delivered for Waltham Forest Council, the 960-seat, multi-use venue opened to critical acclaim in May 2025 and was commended at the NLA Awards 2025.
National Maritime Museum, London | Leisure
This £12.3m project gave one of London’s most-visited cultural attractions a fresh lease of life. At the historic Grade I listed building in Greenwich, we delivered 23,000 sq ft of solar-protective glazing, improving thermal and acoustic performance while enhancing the visitor experience.

19 Cornwall Street, Birmingham | Office & Commercial
A 1990s office block has been transformed into 139,000 sq ft of SMART-enabled, net zero carbon workspace in Birmingham’s Colmore Business District. One of the city’s most sustainable and tech-focused offices, the project has been shortlisted for the Workplace Design Awards 2026, Sustainable Workplace Design of the Year.
Hodge Hill College | Education
This RAAC mitigation project delivered essential upgrades at a live secondary school. We designed and installed a bespoke timber lattice system to support new ceilings and services, alongside comprehensive M&E and fire safety improvements.
200 Buckingham Palace Road, London | Office & Commercial
We’re completing the new British Transport Police HQ with a full Cat B fit-out across seven floors, upgraded M&E systems, a new entrance, and enhanced fire safety, all delivered within a live environment.
Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton | Healthcare
We are set to hand over a £12m project expanding and refreshing A&E facilities at the hospital’s Acute Medical Unit, creating improved spaces for patients and staff. This builds on previous work for University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust, including refurbishments at Princess Royal Hospital and Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital.

Surrey Maths School, Guildford | Education
Selected by the Department for Education (DfE), we’re delivering the new state-of-the-art Surrey Maths School, a specialist sixth form for high-achieving students. The 28,000 sq ft building will include classrooms, labs, quiet rooms, SEN provision, an auditorium, school hall, and canteen.
Caludon Centre, Coventry | Healthcare
We’re refurbishing 970m² of accommodation at Westwood Ward, a purpose-built inpatient facility for mental health and learning disability services. The 32-week project will deliver a modern, safe environment for patients and marks our latest work for Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust, following the completion of five refurbished wards at nearby St Michael’s Hospital.
Government Building, London | Office & Commercial
A multi-million-pound refurbishment of a Grade II-listed government building delivered c.70,000 sq ft of adaptable, collaborative workspace. The Cat B fit-out features open-plan layouts, hot-desking, breakout zones, and state-of-the-art conferencing facilities, generating more than £47m in social return on investment.
Atlantic House | Secured Environment
Our transformation of Atlantic House created a high-quality, sustainable police station for Thames Valley Police. Delivered via the Southern Construction Framework, the project refurbished over 37,000 sq ft across three floors.
