Project Story

Willmott Dixon Interiors are proud to have secured a place upon two Lots of the Metropolitan Police Minor and Intermediate Works Framework. The framework will primarily be used by the Metropolitan Police as they seek to rationalise their existing estate from 400 buildings to 100 buildings which will facilitate wider efficiencies across the estate.

Willmott Dixon Interiors secured, via two-stage mini competition, 12 projects across 4 Base Control Units with projects ranging from £250k - £7m.

The projects completed on the framework include Marlowe House, Kilburn Police Station, Met Police Station Colindale, Met Police Havering, Met Police Peckham and Met Police Ilford. Projects currently being carried out include Met Police Empress State Building, Met Police Holborn and Met Police Jubilee House.
