Every year Willmott Dixon Interiors participate in Community Investment Project through Willmott Dixon Foundation which was established to guide, monitor and collate the community investment activities of the Willmott Dixon Group businesses. This proactive approach has been awarded the respected Community Mark.
As part of the Groups community investment scheme, each business nominated a trainee to take part in the challenge. Our management trainee, Sam was nominated from Willmott Dixon Interiors to take on this year’s challenge.
Sam project managed a team of management trainees to refurbish The Calthorpe Project, a community centre helping disadvantaged people of all ages from diverse cultures.
At the beginning of this month, an awards ceremony for Trainee of the Year Award 2015 took place at the Tower of London.
There were three awards up for grabs this year:
• Trainee of the Year
• Trainee challenge winner
• SCAPE Trainee of the Year.
Willmott Dixon Interiors are pleased to announce that Sam was joint winner with a Trainee from Willmott Dixon Construction Hitchin office for the Trainee Challenge award for his efforts in refurbishing the Calthorpe Project this summer. Well done Sam!!
