We are pleased to have completed City Of London’s Tabernacle Street CAT A Office fit out.
Willmott Dixon Interiors were appointed through the SCAPE framework to undertake the strip out & demolition of major structural elements, installation of new UKPN substation and full Cat A office fit out of 4-14 Tabernacle Street.
The building had been unoccupied for two years when WDI commenced on site. There are five floors including a basement. Works included raised access floor installation, lift replacement, new toilet cores on each floor, ceilings are decorated but the structural slab remains exposed with services fixed direct, window replacement and the elevations overclad.
The 1st floor terrace was fitted with artificial grass whilst the addition of three walk on roof lights provided light into otherwise dark corners of the basement and ground floor. Structural alterations included stair removals, forming access holes in slabs and creating new window openings.
