We have designed and fitted our new head office at The Bailey in London. It consists of one floor of open plan office space with meeting rooms, biophilic design and collaboration areas, that will nurture our ‘One Team’ way of working.

The space benefits from generous sized windows bringing in plenty of daylight. The biophilic design includes a selection of real plants which were reused from our previous office and a living wall to help improve the indoor air quality, supporting the mental health and wellbeing of our people.

Drylined and SAS panel ceilings were removed, mechanical and electrical services were altered and added to suit our needs and way of working. Modular and traditional building methods were used to create hot desking, meeting & training rooms, and collaboration spaces.

The amphitheatre brings together our people for larger gatherings, whilst the quiet room can be used for all manners of confidentiality and personal use by our people. Similarly, there are phone booths available for a quiet conversation.

Our new office allows us to work in a modern, flexible and agile way.
