Project Story

Willmott Dixon Interiors were appointed by Brighton and Sussex University Hospital NHS Trust to deliver additional clinical treatment space within the emergency department at the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton.
The project was procured via Scape and is a two-storey modular build outside the main A&E department, and will help increase the capacity within the main A&E for patients and allow for better patient flow through all parts of the department. This new centre follows on from the opening of 9 extra cubicles in the main body of A&E to care for patients who are more critically injured or unwell.
The completed project provides improved services for their patients and minimise the pressure the NHS is currently under.
