Willmott Dixon Interiors has strengthened its Board and senior leadership team as part of a newly expanded operational structure to support its growth and development this year and beyond.
Willmott Dixon’s national fit-out and refurbishment specialist has announced that Chris Linfoot and Simon Wilson will join its Board in new operational director positions.

The appointments bolster the contractor’s operational capability and will support the delivery of one of its strategic objectives in embedding a ‘customer first’ approach, that focuses on building trusted relationships to unlock long-term opportunities.
Chris Linfoot, who last year won a CIOB Construction Manager of the Year gold medal for his role refurbishing 250,000 sq ft of commercial office space at Grade II listed Old Admiralty Building on Horse Guards Parade, has established a track record for successful operational delivery at Willmott Dixon Interiors on a series of interior construction contracts.

He is joined by Simon Wilson, who has more than twenty years of construction sector expertise, most recently gained at Willmott Dixon Construction where he was a senior operations manager. Recent experience includes the Nitrate Film Store at the Imperial War Museum, construction of St Michael’s Hospital in Braintree, and restoration of the East Wing at Alexandra Palace.

The new positions form part of Willmott Dixon Interiors’ plans to further strengthen its Board during the next 18 months to drive new growth and are supported by an expanded operational structure that have created additional new roles. Ivan Fluin and Nick Kent join as senior operations managers from Balfour Beatty and Graham Group respectively, with Rob Brown promoted to the same position from within the company. Nick Anderson and Danny Malone have also been promoted to senior commercial manager positions.
These appointments create additional capacity for Willmott Dixon Interiors to deliver its expanding pipeline of fit-out and refurbishment contracts for public and private sector customers.
