AMIE ESSON ESTIMATOR

A highly motivated individual with good communication and organisational skills, Amie is an experienced estimator who is happy to work to the tightest deadlines, individually or as an integral part of a team, on pricing and tenders. Amie is:

  • Highly Qualified with a BA (Hons) Business Studies with Accounting and Finance
  • Experienced at preparing tender submissions and pricing larger contracts
  • Motivated having a reputation for being reliable, hardworking and approachable
  • Successful with a great track record of delivering a wide range of projects such as 33 Cavendish Square (£5.7m), The London Clinic (£4m) and Hewens School £2.5m)

UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL Amie’s favourite food is authentic tapas. Given plenty of lottery money, Amie would be travelling the world with her fiancée, and was at her happiest “in the kitchen of my new house this year being proposed to.”

LEWIS HEPBURN CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

As Build Manager, Lewis’ role is to ensure all work is carried out to the specified standard and is completed on time. He has gained a wealth of experience on a huge range of projects, from large public buildings to high quality office fit-outs. Lewis is:

  • Focused maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and environmental awareness
  • Communicative promoting good client, consultant, subcontractor and supplier relationships
  • Experienced ensuring on site decisions have minimal commercial implications
  • Successful having delivered significant projects such as Chessington Community College (£21m), Mandarin Oriental (£7m) and University of Brighton (£19m)

UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL In another life, Lewis would love to be an events manager for a major international sporting event, whilst he was happiest “smashing my Olympic-distance Triathlon PB – and celebrating in the pub afterwards.”

TOM MCEVOY OPERATIONS director

Driving a portfolio of contracts from pre-construction, delivery and handover to after care, Tom brings 25 years’ experience to projects in all sectors. With deep knowledge of the construction process both operationally and commercially, Tom is:

  • Highly qualified including membership of the Chartered Institute of Builders
  • Knowledgeable having worked in different roles in construction for over 25 years
  • Driven and  motivated to oversee every project to its successful conclusion
  • Experienced in delivering challenging projects, such as Toyota’s new head office,  85 Clerkenwell Road (£6.5m) and City Of London Corporation, Gresham Street (£6.2m)

UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL Tom is a dab hand around the kitchen – Thai, Indian and Italian being specialities – and was happiest diving off Australia’s Great Barrier Reef, as well as “any time on a golf course.”

STEVE DONACHY OPERATIONS MANAGER

Steve is a strong leader and a renowned team builder who is highly focused on achieving absolute customer satisfaction. With 25 years’ construction experience, Steve has spent the last 13 years project managing key accounts, including roll out projects for Travelodge, Little Chef and Barclays. Steve is:

  • Committed to ensuring his teams deliver projects safely and on time
  • Experienced contributing to delivering complex Framework programmes
  • Multi-skilled with specialisms in project management and health and safety
  • Successful delivering projects on time and on budget, including Barclays nationwide (£10m p.a.), Travelodge nationwide (£18m) and Royal Holloway University (£2.5m)

UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL Indian food with a pint of Stella is Steve’s favourite, while “driving with my wife and kids from LA to San Francisco during a three week California holiday” is when Steve felt happiest.

IAN SPENCE PRE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Responsible for the pre-construction process, Ian draws on over 30 years in the industry. In line with his vast experience, Ian has run a number of Framework projects for key clients, with a superb record of delivering projects safely, on time and on budget. Ian is:

  • Dedicated to ensuring resources are allocated and client needs will be met
  • Experienced with every element of the pre-construction process
  • Proactive in identifying added value measures can be factored into your project
  • Successful having delivered many large projects including University of Brighton (£19m), Elstree UTC (£5m) and London School of Economics (£12m)

UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL Ian’s favourite food is Italian, and he dreams of owning a vineyard in Tuscany. Ian was also happiest in a villa in Chianti with his wife “looking out over the rolling Tuscan hills with a glass of Brunello.”

DARYL HARDY Operations Director

With ultimate responsibility for the overall commercial management of your project, Daryl has excellent knowledge of the pre- and construction process to ensure success at every stage. Over the last decade, Daryl has specialised in central London projects for major projects. Daryl is:

  • Experienced with 20 years’ experience within the construction industry
  • Detailed securing accurate and timely KPIs in line with client aspirations
  • Passionate about delivering commercially successful projects
  • Successful having delivered significant projects such as City of London Corporation (£6m), Holiday Inn Express (£4.8m) and London School of Economics (£10m)

UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL With an ambition to own a golf course, Daryl’s favourite food is salmon or Spaghetti Bolognese, and was at his happiest on his “wedding day and at the birth of my two sons.”
