WDI were in a two year building fabric maintenance contract with Lloyds, looking after the bank’s branch portfolio. The contract covered over 1,200 branches across the UK and included all fit out and refurbishment works and reactive building fabric , including limited M&E repairs.
We worked with Lloyds delivering excellent customer care, operated
through our helpdesk. The busy high street branches required extremely quick response time in order to minimise client’s down time. Since the introduction of I-Sys and real-time reporting disciplines we have met the most stringent 2hr KPI requirements.
