Procurement Policy: Responding to COVID-19

In light of the Coronavirus, the Government has issued an updated Procurement Policy Note, which sets out guidance on the public procurement regulations and response to the current COVID-19 outbreak.

We are calling out to all public bodies who are in need of procuring fit-out or refurbishment projects with extreme urgency or on direct award basis.

We have a selection of fully compliant OJEU and PCR2015 frameworks in place that provide robust processes and commercial governance to ensure that value for money is not compromised while providing rapid appointment of a contractor at this particularly turbulent time.

Please contact our Frameworks Team for further information on the options available in line with The ‘Procurement Policy Note – Responding to COVID-19’ recently issued by the Cabinet Office. This guidance includes the option to Direct Award due to extreme urgency.
