University of Sussex – Spaces Available

University of SussexWillmott Dixon Interiors have been appointed by The University of Sussex to complete the ground floor refurbishment of Chichester I building. This includes the re-modelling of the informatics & engineering departments, window replacement throughout the whole building, new roof coverings, re-pointing & cleaning of the existing brickwork and new mechanical & electrical services.

One Puddle Dock – Spaces Available

One Puddle Dock

One Puddle Dock includes refurbishment of an existing building to cat A standard , and area of 120,000 sq ft  floor space.

The works involve a full back to structure strip involving removal of existing services, partitions, floor coverings and a major asbestos removal programme.

Replacement of all windows , roof coverings and replace all services and the installation of 8 number lifts and new raised access flooring and new toilet cores on all levels. Book Space

 

 

Design Museum – Fully Booked

Design MuseumLondon’s iconic Design Museum is set to open its doors at its new home in the Commonwealth Institute in Kensington High Street on 24 November 2016.

Willmott Dixon Interiors is working on the £20m fit-out contract that will see the Grade II-listed building converted into a major visitor attraction dedicated to contemporary design and architecture. Read more
