The refurbishment of the Cockcroft building for the University of Brighton designed by Fraser Brown MacKenna and delivered by Willmott Dixon Interiors has been shortlisted for Large Scale Energy Efficiency Project category for the National Energy Efficiency Awards 2017.
The awards ceremony takes place on 29th September at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, NEC Birmingham.
The project was shortlisted for the impact the project has had within the community, what the customers and local community have to say about the project and for the level of expertise the project management and delivery team has in delivering this type of project. Willmott Dixon Interiors had to install at least £250k in energy efficiency measures which were designed into the scheme by Fraser Brown MacKenna to qualify.
