Meet Connor, Management Trainee at Willmott Dixon Interiors. Connor has become the face of University of Brighton’s Titans campaign, which recognises graduates growth and development in organisations they work for.
After graduating from his degree in Project Management for Construction, Connor joined Willmott Dixon Interiors as Management Trainee where he has been given the opportunity to develop and enhance in his role.
‘‘During my degree I was offered a one year work placement with Willmott Dixon Interiors, where I worked on the fit-out and refurbishment of University of Brighton’s Cockcroft building, a project that won Sustainable Project of the Year by Construction News Awards. After I completed my degree, I was then offered a place on Willmott Dixon Interiors management trainee scheme, recognised as one of the best in the industry.’’ –Connor Lambourne
